CCJ - removing charge on property - paid after 6 years

I've tried googling but can't find the help I need. So I'm hoping the MSE mindhive might be able to advise me.
My partner, years before I met him, unfortunately had issues with our water company - he became stubborn and ended up with 5 CCJ's (including charges against his property) for unpaid bills!
These have now all been paid off in full (after a lot of communications and wading through all the paperwork to get the figures corrected!)
I sent off the N443 forms to Northampton County Court (though in all 5 cases I also found paperwork for other county courts so I'm not sure I'd even sent them to the right court.)
We wanted to get the CCJ's satisfied so that the charges against the property could be removed.
Unfortunately, they were returned stating they needed the case number before they could even look at them. (I provided all the claim numbers - these were the "case" numbers) I'm thinking, that because these are over 6 years old now that they're no longer on the system. However, there are charges against the property so we want to ensure that the Land Registry is corrected. Is there anyway of getting CCJ's satisfied after the 6 year period? If not, what do we do about the property charges?
Obviously the water company now knows my partner owes nothing, but the courts and land registry won't. If anything happens to my partner I want to ensure that everything is in order so his family won't have any issues when it comes to selling the property.
If anyone can offer any advice it would be really really appreciated. Unlike my partner I don't like loose threads!
Thankyou in advance.

PS. What I will say is the water company were brilliant in helping us to get the debt cleared. The officer in charge of the case was non-judgmental and extremely kind and helpful. My partner shouldn't have left things for so long - ignoring the issues just made it ten times worse, it didn't make the problem go away.
