NHS McCloud remedy notifications?

As I recall, it was originally stated that the majority of NHS retirees who were affected by the McCloud ruling should be notified by April 2025. However, the NHS pensions website has been changed, stating that this has been delayed with no revised dates given.
So my question is are there any forumites who are NHS retirees that have been, or not been, notified about their choices?

My wife is in the NHS Scotland (SPPA) scheme and did retire and return late 2024 in order to claim her 1995 benefits.
These were all brought into payment with service up to 31 March 2022 placed into the 1995 scheme. She was advised she will be asked to make a formal decision on McCloud at a later time. This is made more complex by the fact she has been buying Additional Pension in the 2015 scheme for the past 6 years.
Frankly, we are likely to opt to keep things as they are - i.e. accepting all the service up to 31/3/22 placed into the 1995 scheme. However, part of this will depend on the impact to her Additional Pension. If we were to change this decision and revert to the 2015 scheme, presumably she will need to repay some of the lump sum she has received and also repay some of the ongoing pension payments. It looks to me that it could get very messy.
I was surprised that she wasn't asked to make a choice on retirement but presumably they don't have the information available to make an informed choice.
Incidentally, she had preserved 1995 benefits in the nhsbsa as well as claiming under the SPPA. She was only told what payment was coming her way 7 days before retirement by the nhsbsa and 2 days before by the SPPA. The values calculated by the SPPA were in error and only put right last month. They had not spotted the error and I had to explain the nature of the error for them to realise. My guess is most retiree's will simply accept the calculations being unable to check themselves.2 -
I retired and returned in April 2023, taking my 1995 pension. Currently still working and paying into 2015. Had tapered protection so joined 2015v in 2022. Have heard absolutely nothing from NHS pensions regarding time frame etc. Planning to work another year so I'm hoping I will have some figures then1

I am aware of civil servants who have been receiving their offers/packs within last 2 weeks or so. I am still waiting for mine, I believe you then have 12 months to make your decision.1

My wife is in a similar position for the Civil Service scheme - she retired in 2018. The civil service pension website always stated March 2025 as the date by which everyone would recieve their 'choices' paperwork. This has now subtely changed to state that they are beginning the process for retirees but it may take 2 years to complete! I find the delaying tactics are completely inappropriate - this remedy will be nearly 10 years old before people have an option to determine their choice of approach. Shame on Government who are clearly banking on individuals forgetting and/or passing away before they have to pay money that is due to their ex employees.1

Those due to retire soon, quite rightly, have been prioritised over those of us who have already retired and are in receipt of our pensions. The two years you have been quoted sounds very optimistic to me - I am expecting longer for such complex and time consuming procedure.

I retired in march 23, joining Bank staff shortly after, paying into the 2015 scheme. I've not heard anything yet, but as I was on tapered protection my change out of 95 scheme occurred in 2020. I am not expecting a lot of extra money from the remedy period, so will just wait and see. I'm sure they'll get to us eventually.0
