Anyone else unable to log into their account atm?

Yesterday (once briefly), I got as far as the 'My Account' page but it wouldn't let me enter my monthly readings (some error about customer account details).  Tried again today (multiple times) and still no luck (error message may have changed though).

As I can't login, I can't open a chat session and as normal they never answer their phones (do they still have a valid 0800 number?)

Clear your cookies.  Disable your ad blocker.  Try some other browsers.  Allow all cookies.  Try a different device.
