The Land Registry will show that the house is owned by NG and NGSister, once this has gone through. It will NOT show that 2/3 is NG's, and 1/3 is NGSister's.
Even if you're both on excellent terms, you need the split recorded formally rather than verbally.Signature removed for peace of mind2
