Private Parking camera scam and lease car companies paying out automatically.

Hey there! I wanted to share my experience with leasing a car through Lex autolease. One of the parts of the agreement is that they handle any tickets for me and charge me a fee accordingly.
However, I've recently encountered a situation where private car parks are trying to scam me by presenting two photos of my car at different times with a blurry license plate. They then use a database to bring up my number plate charge me and send the fine to the lease company,
G24 are the parking managers in this.
Unfortunately, there seems to be no way to appeal these charges and Lex doesn't seem to have a duty of care as they simply pay the fine without looking at the evidence. In one case the back and the front pictures were two different cars!!
My previous lease company used to send me these charges and I was able to successfully appeal them with proof that I wasn't even in the area. I'm not sure what to do now, any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I believe they are members of the BVRLA so like your previous company they should follow the memorandum of understanding issued years ago by the BVRLA
You should check what your lease agreement says about private parking company charges ( they are not fines, not authorities, so never mention the incorrect word, fine, it muddies the waters, you wont find that word on private parking company signs or paperwork, not allowed to be used, magistrates issue fines )
G24 have never issued a fine to anyone
There are dozens of hire and lease and company car cases on here, please read a few1 -

Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
