PIP and Student Loan Repayments

Hi all,
Have searched for this question everywhere online but all discussions are regarding receiving PIP while getting student loan, not repaying it.
Question: is PIP classed as earnings/income by SLC when calculating repayment of student loan? Does it count when calculating the £25k threshold?
To give three different examples below:
1) Total annual income £10k from PIP only = £10k. No SLC repayment due (below threshold)
2) Total annual income £10k from PIP + £12k self employed = £22k. No SLC repayment due (below threshold)
What if:
3) Total annual income £10k from PIP + £18k self employed = £28k.
Would SLC deem loan repayments are due on the £3k as is over the £25k threshold?
or
Would SLC deem no loan repayments are due as £10k PIP is not classed as earnings/income and the remaining £18k is below the threshold?

AFAIK student loans repayment is based of income from earnings and will exclude PIP.
Let's Be Careful Out There1 -
No PIP is not income taken into account0

Repayments for self employed people is a little more complicated than those on PAYE as things like savings interest, dividends, rental income etc. are counted as earnings towards the repayment threshold. But PIP, (or any other disability related benefit payments) as others have said, will never count towards the earnings threshold.2

Thank you all for the replies and for the extra information kamelo, it's remarkable how such a simple question yielded no clear answers when searched for.0
