Waiting since December

Options
Hi,
I don't know if anyone can offer me any advice.
I ordered a Christmas present on the 4th December for my daughter from a UK based company.
It got closer to Christmas and there still had not been any delivery details emailed to me. I emailed the company and they said there had been delays and this particular product was a monthly item and not necessarily available in time for Christmas.
A month later, there was still no word, I contacted them again. The apologised and said they should be receiving it soon and they will be sure to email delivery confirmation by the end of the week. Even more time passed but now they weren't replying to my emails.
I keep emailing and they have ghosted me yet they are still sending marketing emails advertising this particular product.
I'm really not sure what to do or where to raise a complaint to. There's no phone number for the company, only an email, and they are based near Oxford and I'm in Scotland so not exactly a local drive.
I've asked for a refund if they can't send me the item etc etc but they are just not replying to me. What can I do?
