FREE ONLINE PRIZE DRAW: TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY (“Prize Draw”)

 

Who can enter:

 

The Prize Draw is open to entrants who are: (a) resident in the UK, Channel Islands or Isle of Man during the competition period and prize fulfilment period; (b) aged 18 years or over; and (c) not employees of the Promoter, companies within the ITV group of companies, or are an immediate family member of the same (including any live-in partner); and (d) not in any way or professionally connected with the Prize Draw.

 

Please note that entrants must have a UK, Channel Islands or Isle of Man phone number and address in order to be eligible to win the Prize Draw. 

 

Opening/closing date & time:

 

• Prize Draw opens for entries online via the www.itv.com/win website (“Website”) on Monday 10 February 2025.
• Prize Draw closes for entries online at 10am on Monday 10 March 2025. 

 

Winner selection & contact: 

 

• The draw will take place within one week of the closing date and time for all entries. 
• Subject to eligibility and compliance with all applicable terms and conditions, the first entry drawn at random from all eligible entries will win the prize.

 

How to enter & cost of entry:

 

You may enter online by going to the Website and following the instructions; up to one (1) entry per phone number provided. There is no charge for entry but internet service provider’s fees may apply when accessing the internet.

 

Prize: 

 

There is one (1) prize of a two (2) night break for the winner and a companion over the age of 18, to The Eastbury Hotel and Spa. The prize includes accommodation based on two (2) people sharing a ‘Victorian Garden Potting Shed Suite’, breakfast each morning and one (1) afternoon tea for two (2) during the stay. The Prize also includes £150 (one hundred and fifty pounds) travel allowance. The prize also includes one (1) hour exclusive use of the spa facilities during the stay, which must be booked in advance. The Prize must be booked and taken up by no later than 31 March 2026, and cannot be taken during the following dates: 18 - 21 April 2025, 3-5 May 2025, 24-26 May 2025, 23-25 August 2025 and 25 – 31 December 2025. Please note that the winner will need a current and valid credit/debit card with sufficient available funds in order to check in at the hotel for security deposit purposes. It is the responsibility of the winner to inform the prize provider of any wheelchair or similar access requirements for the winner and/or their companion when taking up the prize, and to adhere to any applicable health and safety guidelines.

 

The prize excludes transport to and from the hotel, meals and drinks (other than those specified above), excursions, attractions, treatments, car hire, travel insurance and personal expenses. 

 

The Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to positively amend the prize during the Prize Draw period by either: (i) adding a cash prize; and/or (ii) offering additional prize(s).

This is worth entering, the hotel is gorgeous.  It’s practically walking distance from where I live
