When you give a buyer the V5c,  you retain a section,  fill it in and send to the dvla,  transferring the vehicle

The dvla should be able to tell you those details,  although you have little time left

    Nonono.

Get Jackson Yamba (Contestor Legal) or David Carrod (Small Claims Advisor) to do it - Google them - ask up front if they can attend the hearing on that date because for this amount of money you need serious help.

    Get that secured THIS WEEK.

I suggest that you post a redacted picture of the POC on the claim form,  plus a redacted copy of your defence

15 pcns is probably £1500 plus court and legal fees, well over the £600 threshold

I am surprised that you have not been in contact with Jackson
As I mentioned back on page 1

I was expecting you to use the search box with keywords like that one for things you are unaware of, ( it was a hint  )   most people here who reply would know,  the search would reveal more details.  Try to use the forum tools to assist yourself

Oh no, you were doing great!

But there's a difference when it's over a few thousand at stake. You need one of the big guns to write your WS and more importantly, to attend your hearing with you.

We won't click on unknown links and that one needs access. Send it to Jackson (not as a link that requires access) and remind him of your hearing date and gently prompt to see if one of the qualified legals at that firm is free to attend.

It will cost you a fee per PCN but they will argue for your costs to be covered at the hearing.

If no joy you will have to prepare your WS in good time. Who signed the C's WS?
