How do I find the buyers address?

I use Royal Mail to send my items sold on Ebay and buy the postage and print the label online.

I have an item I want to send out today but I think the address may be to one of these lockers rather than a home address. When I try to print the label the system tells me the address is wrong because there are over 35 digits on one line. However, there is no way to edit the line.

I get a message which says the address is incorrect and that if it on one of the lines which cant be edited I should ask the buyer to cancel the order and re order???

I contacted the buyer to explain this but just got the reply 'That is the correct address'. Any ideas please.
Thanks

Tell the buyer that Ebay won't let you label to that address

    As per my opening post-
I have done that and also said what the buyers answer was. What I am trying to do is find out the address that the buyer has registered with on Ebay. I remembered that you used to be able to look at it but cant find where it is now.  I want to check if the address is the same one that he registered with. It seems odd that he has good feedback as a buyer so other sellers must be getting items to him.
Its not Ebay that wont let me label to the address, its Royal Mail.

If they're a scammer then the other feedback may be fake. If its years of positive reviews maybe people are just happy posting to whatever address eBay tell them to and arent questioning it

I’ve always managed to edit buyers addresses before printing a label, no idea why you can’t on this occasion.

I have had some buyers put extra info in like ‘leave at number 47 if no answer at door’ and have always been able to cut part of the overlong address and just move everything down a line.

Thanks soolin, I have been able to edit them before as quite often the Royal Mail system suggests that the postcode may be incorrect but this time there are 4 lines of address. 2 of the lines have a shaded area and can be edited but the other 2 cannot.  One of the lines I needed to edit has about 7 or 8 mixed letters before the actual number and street name so it exceeds the number of digits allowed on a line. It tells me that if i cant edit i should ask the buyer to cancel and reorder.
I have now refunded the buyer.
