Possibly right, possibly wrong , depends if they pay the hearing fee, a hearing is not inevitable, many cases are discontinued near the hearing fee deadline
It also can depend on what the court order states needs to be done and by who2 -
It's Moorside so we expect discontinuations st the point when WS are needed.
