Towel Radiator query

Hi,

I'm not very clued up with this kind of thing and it's proberbly a very simple fix. Basically, my towel radiator is missing a part at the top and one side leaks which is driving me crazy and soaking my towels. I've attached a pictures of both side's. One with a part fully fitted and the other that's missing it. 

I may be simple, but could anyone tell me what the name of the part is I need and where I can buy it cheap to stop the leaking?

Thanks for any advice. I honestly have no clue with this kind of thing.

First picture is a stopper second is a bleed screw 

Tighten the both with a spanner slightly and the bleed screw with a screwdriver 

You don’t need a part just the technical ability to do it, YouTube is a good teacher

The second pic has a bleed screw/valve for releasing air trapped in the radiator. The first doesn't have that, because you only need one per radiator. There's nothing missing. If it's leaking it needs tightening up with a suitably sized spanner (or an adjustable one) or replacing.

As above, but if the side shown in the lower photo is leaking can you see where the water is coming from?

If it is coming out of the little hole at the 4 O'Clock position, tighten the screw in the middle with a screwdriver. If it seems to be coming out from around the edges of the large hexagonal nut, tighten that gently with a spanner.

OR the o-ring seals on both items are shot and need replacing.
