Two night stay in a Call Robert Luxury camper van (“Rented Vehicle”) for two people, provided by Call Robert Campers Ltd (“Prize Provider”).

Prize includes gift hamper and £200 cash to spend.

Fuel and insurance will be all inclusive (winner will be required to keep the receipts and hand back to prize provider after the trip and the Prize Provider will reimburse this).

The winner will use the rented vehicle only for personal use and operate the rented vehicle only on properly maintained roads and parking lots. The winner will comply with all applicable laws relating to holding of licensure to operate the vehicle and pertaining to the operation of motor vehicles.

The winner agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Prize Provider for any loss, damage, or legal actions against the Prize Provider as a result of the winner’s operation or use of the Rented Vehicle.

The winner will also pay for any parking tickets, moving violation, or other citations received while in possession of the Rented Vehicle. In the event of an accident there is a £1000 excess charge payable.

The winner will be given an opportunity to examine the Rental Vehicle in advance of taking possession of it, and upon such inspection will make the Prize Provider aware of any damage existing on the Rented Vehicle other than that notated by a separate existing damage document.

The Rented Vehicle may only be used in Great Britain and may not be taken overseas.

The Rented Vehicle may only be driven by an authorised person of the winner who holds a valid driving license and is named on the fully comprehensive insurance.

The Rented Vehicle must be returned to the Prize Provider at the end of the hire period in a suitable condition and in line with the British Vehicle Rental and Leasing Association’s Fair Wear and Tear Guide. If at the point of return the condition of the vehicle following inspection falls outside of the BVRLA’s Guide, or if all items delivered with the Rented Vehicle are not returned,the Prize Provider will review this with the winner and where relevant issue an invoice to the winner in respect of or equivalent to the repair or reconditioning or replacement costs which the winner undertakes to pay within 14 days of receipt.
