Trust Fund distribution

Hi all
I am a beneficiary of a trust fund one of seven others. The trustee has said we can have the trust fund money. The property etc is another entity. We were asked to send our ID and bank details, which we did at the beginning of October 2024. We were told the payment would be made end of October, then the end of November then it was stated in December. Then we were told January 2025. We still are waiting. 
Any advice would be appreciated.

Surely the first step is to ask the trustee why the payment hasn't been made.

We have, he isn't very forth coming as I have chased it twice now.
The trust is held with a wealth management company in London.

Do you know what sort of trust fund we are talking about? There is a big difference for instance in a descresionary trust and a unit trust.

It's not a discretion trust. We know there is £340, 000. To be distributed some at 20% and 10%. The trustee said its very straight forward, however he stated this last September.
