New Will as getting married

I need to make a new Will soon due to getting married.
We both currently own properties in our own names and both have adult children from previous marriages that we wish to leave our estates to.
My query is around Life Interest Trust so that if I die first my widow can remain living in my house if she wishes to as that is the house we currently live in and intend to use as our home after marriage.
Is it possible to write exceptions or trigger points to end the right to remain before her death into it? Specifically thinking if she still owns a house at the time of my death she could move into it within a set time frame and wouldn't need the use of my house. If she no longer owns a house and does remain in my house then could it be written that the right to stay there ends upon remarriage or cohabitation?
Don't worry I will consult a solicitor to get it written, just want to know what is possible.

I believe that's all quite usual. Another thing to consider is if she wants to downsize or needs to go into a home, you need to make it easy for her.Signature removed for peace of mind1

Any ideas how much I should expect a STEP solicitor to quote for drawing up a Will that covered this?0
