Probably more of a question for the employment board at this point but I agree that didn't sound like the sort of things that should cost you your job unless you already have a significant disciplinary record. Certainly not something that's going to cost you your pension.
Completely agree that losing their pension isn't something OP needs to worry about based on what they've said about the incident in question.

Looking at OP's previous questions eg https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/6478310/data-security-breach-advice/p1, there may well be some history which is now coming back to haunt them - this could well be the final straw for the employer.
Googling on your question might have been both quicker and easier, if you're only after simple facts rather than opinions!

OP if you're not in a union, and you need legal advice, look at whether your house insurance policy includes a legal advice line

Thanks the situation is quite complex because I fought my case at a meeting but I felt given my relationship with this woman, I couldn’t work in there anymore and to be brutally honest, I never had a good vibe about her from day one but I just wanted to ascertain worst case scenario what would happen to my NHS pension. It’s vital for my retirement planning and I’m trying my best but I want a sure fire plan so I may need to see a financial advisor but I’m unemployed so that’s something on the back burner for a bit.

Case law for police pension forfeiture under ministerial discretion for "Bringing the department into disrepute" or "undermining public confidence" has established that the employer can't take the part of the pension that represents employee contributions or contracted out NI contributions

if you have already been sacked, would they not have explained any possible impact on your pension in the letter giving their decision at the time?
All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.

Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.

To the OP, if you are an RAC member (i.e. you have breakdown cover) you can use their legal advice service, including for employment matters. Also, I'd recommend Which Legal.
