wall hung toilet pipe connection problem, help please

Hi, I have a wall hung toilet that has leaked. After taking the pan off the wall I see it has leaked from the pipe that fills/flushes the toilet but not at the pan end but at the other end nearest to the cistern. There is a short stub of pipe maybe 6" with a soft squishy ribbed rubber ring at the pan end and a different ribbed squishy ring at the other end where it leaked. There is a pipe that comes down from the cistern and elbows forward at the last bit where the stub plugs in. It is shaped to take the rubber ring.
When I look online to find the parts I notice they are all sold with the soil pipe connector and the water fill pipe but with only the pan end rubber ring, so how do I know what to get? It would be so much easier if they sold bothe rubber rings in the kit.
Also when i refit should I use any sealant, silicon grease, etc to insure it wont leak again? It has last about 10 years and the rubber looks ok so I dont know why it has started leaking.
I'm not going to get it from Ebay but this is what is typicaly sold :-

Any help/advice appreciated.
