Had the mediation appointment, they really do like to push you to offer something, honestly if wasn't for forums like these any normal person would just fold under the pressure of 'you might get a CCJ'0

Felt very much one sided to me.2 -
More proof, if it were needed, that mediation is useless for parking claims when fault has not been established by a judge. If you think the mediator was unfairly biased, report them to scmreferrals@hmcts.gsi.gov.uk1
