Energy Saving Club - no switch updates?
Anyone know if it’s normal to see no updates on a switch 2+ weeks later?
I requested a switch through the energy savings club to the E.On Next promo fixed rate back on the 22nd Jan.
Been busy so kind of forgot about it but remembered this morning & went looking for updates I assumed I’d missed in email… Nothing. Hmmm.

Nothing in my spam folder either, I have checked!
Logging into my ESC account it does show a switch in progress. But I’m surprising I’ve not had some contact from E.On or my current supplier about the switch.
Does it just take this long? Any recent experiences of switching would be appreciated for comparison - thanks!

I didn't switch through the energy saving club, but my last switch took 48 hours (BG to Octopus).I'd be contacting one of them, to see what the holdup is.1
