Terms and Conditions: This competition closes at 11:59pm on 28th February 2025. One winner will be selected at random from ALL submissions after the closing date and will be contacted by email within 3 days to arrange delivery. The winner has 3 days from the date of the notification email to claim their prize, failure to respond within this period of time will result in forfeiture of the prize. The Prize: The prize is a 1-night stay in one of the themed accommodations, 1-day Theme Park Entry, Gold Fastrack Passes, Buffet Breakfast, 9-holes of Extraordinary Golf & Free Parking for 4 people - valid until 31st October 2025. The Alton Towers Resort reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to refuse entry and to close and/or alter all or any part of the facilities including closure of rides and/or attractions for technical, operational, health and safety or other reasons including overcapacity. Size, height, weight, age restrictions and medical warnings apply to certain rides and attractions. Visitors under 12 years must be accompanied by a person 18 years of age or over at the Alton Towers Resort. Prizes are non-transferable, not for resale and there is no cash alternative, photocopies will not be accepted. Prizes do not include additional expenses such spending money, insurance, travel/transportation, food, beverages, souvenirs, gratuities, car parking charges, excess baggage, additional excursions and attractions or any other costs of a personal nature (including spending money) that are not explicitly set out in these Terms and Conditions and neither the Promoter nor any provider of any part of the Prize will be responsible for any such costs.
