I received a message stating that my switch was completed by the end of February, and I met the other criteria, including 10 debit card transactions. However, I only have one active direct debit instead of two. Could this £75 be the Step 1 incentive?
Yes, Co-op incentives are indeed applied as "adjustment"s. You should also get an email.

The offer hasn't been withdrawn?1 -
Hi all; I really don't like using banking apps/wallets. Do you read the info as it is needed to make a payment using the wallet or has anyone just installed the wallet, added the card, not used the wallet, and still got the initial £75? I'm currently up to 8 debit card usages. My reading of the terms is that the wallet does not need to be installed after getting the £75 but still be eligible for the three times £25.
Thanks in advance...0 -
I can confirm the digital wallet doesn't need to be used, it just needs to be enrolled.1
