I'm not going mad - this does show a credit (not a debit) on my meter? Ovo trying to say I owe them money after switching to Octopus. Sorry it's all blurry

Yes - but I think that just means I could use emergency credit? I did accidentally go into that while I was away over a cold week (thought I had £25 on so would be OK with everything low) and I'm sure that looked different - with a minus sign. First time on prepay, so veyr confused
