Have you received the Will and PoA with the corrections made, witnessed and signed ?
I guess they submit the PoA to another body, in Scotland, the Office of Public Guardians. When PoA is complete, no need to have any more involvement with them.

Thank you for your reply. No I haven’t received anything. I had no contract which I was told I had signed 19th Dec but had never seen it! When I knew that I told them to send it, it was sent immediately and when it arrive it had a digital signature. I understand that this should also have my signature and place to sign ( legal person) it has neither!
