Any advice on getting my refund from last minute.com I’m now over a month waiting same reply to emails getting nowhere

If this was an airline that cancelled a flight then Lastminute will be waiting for a refund from the airline before they refund you...has the airline confirmed that a refund has been processed to Lastminute?0
