CPAG have now updated their webpage with the latest:The DWP have 3-months in which to appeal, as already cautioned there's a long way before anybody who has lost some or all of their TE in similar circumstances can expect to see any backpay.See "What can claimants in a similar position do?" in that CPAG link.
