It could take years before anyone gets any repayment as I advised on another forum. Lots of excitement as a few people on other sites expecting money quickly.

The DWP have 3-months in which to appeal, as already cautioned there's a long way before anybody who has lost some or all of their TE in similar circumstances can expect to see any backpay.
