Worlflow Dynamics and Trace Debt Recovery

Hi guy n gals
I'm wondering if you can help me here, I've been through the newbies thread and searched posts relating to me but I'm stuck in a bit of a loop now.
I received a parking ticket at the Trafford centre in late 2022 for not parking in a marked bay. This was issued by Worlflow Dynamics.
I appealed online that same day, I then received a NTK which I replied to using the template on this forum, not giving my name. I then received a letter stating they had rejected my appeal.
I figured if just go on and pay the £25 to draw a line under it, problem is when I went on to pay I could only pay the £50 charge.
I emailed them saying I was disappointed the appeal was not upheld but I would be willing to pay the £25 to draw the matter to a close but not the £50. (this was 6th Jan 2023)
I received nothing back and then heard nothing further. I figured job done.
Fast forward to this Jan and I get a letter from this outfit. Called Trace debt recovery for this very debt now asking £120.
So back to the forum I come, "ignore Trace" I see everywhere so I am.
I contacted Worlflow Dynamics who brushed me off with a "the debt has been passed to Trace, deal with them" email.
I replied saying I have no intention of dealing with them and would only deal direct with Worlflow Dynamics and asked why my previous email from 2023 had not been replied to.
My post today is really looking to see where I stand if this gets sent back to worlflow who then take me to court.
Are my previous emails seeking resolution going to work in my favour at court?
Will the judge see they have not replied and lean towards me?
To reiterate I have no intention of dealing with Trace in any capacity.
Many thanks in advance

Your keeper appeal would have been rejected because you had already appealed, or because you didn't provide your name, or both.
As above, debt collectors are powerless and can safely be ignored. Do not ignore a letter of/before claim or a court claim.I married my cousin. I had to...I don't have a sister. All my screwdrivers are cordless."You're Safety Is My Primary Concern Dear" - Laks2 -

Claim would come from Moorside Legal.
Search the forum but I doubt they are instructed to take it that far. Workflow Dynamics have never sued anyone.
Could you show the front & back of the Notice to Keeper if Workflow sent one in the post?
I have a thread of NTK pictures and this firm is small fry so I want to see the NTK (back as well) please.
Apart from that, sit tight. Do nothing except the below.
By going confidently into the 'ignore' stance, the only steps to take (because you MUST check every letter) are:
- Tell them if you move house within 6 years.
- Ignore the tedious £170 threatograms shown in pictures in the 4th post of the NEWBIES thread.
- Come back if you get a solicitor's LBC as per the 2nd post of the NEWBIES thread.
Nobody pays a penny and no hearing is even needed in most cases. Search the forum and read a few cases as they are easy to beat by waiting for a claim form - it is easier than appealing! Not that this little firm are ever likely to litigate.

I then received a NTK which I replied to using the template on this forum, not giving my name. Why would you do that when they already had your name? Given to them by the DVLA when they accessed your details, in order to send the NtK.Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

Apologies I did give my name and address at the bottom of the template. I just rechecked it. However I did stipulate I did not confirm that I was the driver at the time.0

I will just wait it out but keep checking every letter.
Trace debt recovery should just go away and hopefully worlflow Dynamics will just leave me alone after that.
I will come back here should there be any further developments, thanks again very much!0
