Thanks to all those who gave me constructive advice and were supportive. The guy turned out to be a hardworking, honest man who was not good with technology, he was in his 70's. This has taught me a lesson not to prejudge and not to be prejudiced. I assumed this man was a traveller/gypsy and that I would never get my money back. I am glad to be proved wrong.
