Virginmedia Email Please Help

Went to sign in and got a page with a black ink notice.

 My account could be not secure and I need to change password or new account.

I try to follow, but next pages Says OOPS Problem On Our Side

Tried actually phoning Virginmedia no matter what option I pick the AI just cuts me off.

Now, I can get into my bill info etc without a problem. 

But I am freaking out as I have anxiety and my bills electric, gas are all on my Virginmedia account.

I just need reassurance it will be okay.

Okay, seems there is a outage with broadband in my area.

So hopefully not a security breach with my account.

Hopefully, however if I were you I'd change email addresses. Having one with your provider is not recommended as when you leave you may lose your access.
Slowly move to Gmail or GMX or similar, they will even pick up your Virgin mail while you transition.

I was helping a friend out and her virginmedia was doing exactly the same, so I suspect it is an issue at their end….

Thank you, yes it went back to normal after 10 pm.

I actually have 4 emails, Gmail Virgin and 2 Hotmail.  I only use the Virgin for family members and bills.

Now move your utility accounts etc. to your Gmail address. Then there will not be a panic in the future if VM goes down, or if you leave them for a different ISP.
