Where are any RBS branches?

I have a document that I need to get stamped and signed by the bank holding my account.  My account is actually with Virgin One which is run by RBS.  There are no longer any RBS anywhere near where I live (south coast) and in fact I think they are now only in Scotland.  

I can't get any information on line about how to deal with this as it's outside the remit for their chatbot and the chat won't let me be referred to a real person as I don't have the right information (i.e. no customer number etc).  

If I try to ask for my closest branch all I get is NatWest.  Now I know this is the same banking group but I don't know if they will have an RBS stamp.

Does anyone else know? 

I could try to ring but I tend to give up after being on hold for more than 30 minutes.

The website gives a phone number and a postal address in Norwich.

You could call them to ask if you post the document to the address whether they will stamp it at HQ.

I'm sure Natwest will forward your document to the Virgin One office in Norwich for stamping.

I have found that the NatWest were very helpful with any RBS business - I should find one of their branches and see what they say

The only remaining branches in England are London (Drummonds) and Berwick upon Tweed. There are none in Wales nor NI.

I've been able to get issues for my RBS and Ulster bank current accounts sorted at my local NatWest branch. I'd be surprised if your local branch wasn't able to assist you
