Does anyone have a telephone number to contact this company besides being fobbed off with 03330555 4444 and 01772 450 970 neither of which allows you to speak about anything other than paying your fine or querying your fine. I pressed query the fine in desperation and was told to go their website. I need to SPEAK

I am trying in desperation to speak to someone at this company about an incident in their car park and cannot get through to anyone on the numbers 0330 555 4444 or 01772 450 097. I tried option 2 having a problem paying my fine which then only referred me to go on their website. This is getting so annoying as I need to speak to someone asap. My shop was driven into by a driver who completely demolished the shop front. I have cam footage and the car limped around the corner into a car park run by parking eye. Now listen to this, the police will now not continue to follow up the case as Parking Eye charge the police £75 + vat to release footage and because of this the police have dropped the case. I have offered to pay this fee but I am told this is not possible. I want to ask parkingeye if I can pay for this information so at least we can find out the registration of the vehicle and hopefully the drivers details and insurance company from whom I can then make a claim, but as ever the police are not on our side which is really frustrating, even when I offer to pay the sum requested.0

What you must do is email the Data Protection Officer at ParkingEye and ask for the ANPR footage if they still have it. Explain why.
But I don't think they'll release it to you.
So I would then complain to your MP to ask the Police why they won't let you pay the fee to get the footage released to the Police. Your MP will help.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

What has the world come to that we have to go to such lengths just to obtain some desperately needed information. I have a Ring doorbell. Should an incident occur outside of my house and the police ask me for the footage on my camera, if I said to them I would need them to pay me £75 first before I would let them have access to this, would they then turn around and say Oh in that case we can't afford that so we will drop the case. It's just madness. I have written to my MP before but the letters are always just answered by his wife and you can tell she has not even troubled to put the email in front of him. Thank you for replying to my post, I will soldier on. MaggieCoupon-mad said:What you must do is email the Data Protection Officer at ParkingEye and ask for the ANPR footage if they still have it. No I do not have a fine I just need the Reg number of a vehicle that crashed into my shop and limped into view in one of their car parks. I am willing to pay the reauested fee to release the cam footage and just needed a phone number to speak to someone about this problem1 -

Thanks for the info. I will try this tactic. It is like having to go to war these days to get justice for yourself as the police are no longer interested in bringing felons to justice.2 -
Does anyone have an email address for Parking Eye? I did have 5 parking charges on a hire car from Europcar, for parking in Asda carpark, but all charges were cancelled because my wife, who was using the car, works there.
All I need is to get copies of the letters confirming cancellation because Europcar will not stop sending me invoices for £33.54 for charges related to those fines.
I think actually speaking to God is easier than speaking with a real person at Parking Eye.0 -
Are you able to log onto the portal and snapshot that no charges are due for each of the PCN’s?1
