Will moving back into mum's council house temporarily affect her benefits and pension credits

    Thanks for your answer.
    She does not claim any of the other benefits and we have been through these links many times, they just don't give a solid exact answer. Basically yet again because people work they arw punished for it financially have to pay more. Sounds like we earn buckets but it doesn't go a very long way 
    I think you've been given quite clear answers here that it would affect her housing benefit and council tax reduction. Do you have dependant children?

    Sorry I meant to say, I am aware of what we are likely going to have to make the short fall up for, but struggling to get actaul figures as don't want to make the move of financially puts us where we are now
