Hi,

Can someone help me, my car was hit by a bus it has taken 4 weeks for the bus company to come back and admit liability. I was given three options use there insurance trusted repairer, find my own or cash in lieu. I advised I would go down cash in lieu. Once they received the quote from Mercedes via Audatex. They are saying we won't pay cash in lieu due to alloy wheel refurbishment and wheel alignment. I said i would get yhe wheel alignment done now and swnd yhem yhe report but yhey still rufused. What do I do?
