    Welcome to the forum
Unfortunately you've muddled up some units which may cause others to misinterpret what you mean.
My new fixed tarriff is as follows:
    Mon-Fri - 0.25p per kwh
    Sat-Sun at 11am-4pm - 0.125p per kwh
My new fixed tariff is as follows:
    Mon-Fri - 25p per kWh
    Sat-Sun at 11am-4pm - 12.5p per kWh
This I believe was down to the boiler immersion not being on a set timer and occasionally leaving one of the electric heathers on during the day as I have two small dogs.
You probably don't have a boiler, unless you have wet radiators.  More likely to be a hot tank with an immersion heater or two.  It's not a massive problem if left on all the time on a single rate tariff (unless there's a leaky hot tap), the heat leakage is likely to be less than 1.8kWh per day from a well insulated tank.  It'll hardly matter at all in winter when the flat is occupied because it'll heat the air so the panel heaters won't have to work so quite hard.
Anyway I have electric Nobo heaters which look fairly old and I believe use 1800kwh per hour.
They're likely to be panel heaters that use daytime electricity.  That's just about the most expensive room heating you can have.  They would be 1800W (1.8kW) heaters which would use 1800Wh per hour (1.8kWh per hour).  In reality the figure will often be less because the thermostat will kick in.
Provided that they're working correctly (no failed elements or thermostats) it doesn't matter that they're old, all instant electric heaters will give you exactly the same bang for your buck.
As you're renting there's little you can do, except turn down the thermostats, put some air gapped plastic film over the windows etc.  The only real solution would be to move to a property with GCH or a heatpump, but obviously that may not be easy.
Given that I work four days in the office does anyone have any idea as to why I have been charged £374.95 for the month?
Are you paying by Monthly Variable Direct Debit or Monthly Fixed Direct Debit?  The latter is merely a top up of a kitty, and it may or may not  be sufficient to cover your actual usage in that month.  Do the sums based on actual meter readings.

Note that Scottish Power has a very low customer satisfaction rating.

Yes it does, and it is based on a meter reading submitted by me in Jan, and the reading being taken by Scottish power via the Smartmeter in Feb.
1308kWh at your high rate of 25p/kWh would cost £327, so your bill isn't too what from the top end of what you might expect.
But with weekend electricity being half price, and your standing charge likely to be less than £1 a day, it still seems a little on the high side.
What's the name of your tariff?
