I made a will after I got divorced and the children were minors. Obviously now they’re adults, do I need to redo will or is carried through with the passage of time? My wishes haven’t changed at all.

No, the named people are the same - if you made any sort of trust in there with an age on it, once they pass that age that part becomes irrelevant0

Going forward, at some point in the future you may want to consider making one or both of your children executors rather than whoever you have named at present...0

Having checked the will to see who executors, at the mo, my siblings, I see that I’ve never actually signed it in presence of witnesses …..head was all over place during divorce, clearly! Is it ok to sign now, even thought the will shows date of 2002 when it was drafted? Can do a revised will when I have spare funds but for now, would this be acceptable?LBM.....sometime in 2013 £27,056. 10 creditors

I would certainly be inclined to make a new will & keep this point in mind if they are now responsible adults. Bearing in mind that not all adults are responsible.
