PUTTING AN ISA INTO A SIPP

    For everyone that has contributed to this thread it would be useful to see the the OP's thread from back in 2021 where he clearly does have fixed rate savings bonds in his particular sipp rather than the stockmarket investments we are all familiar with - see thread below

    Seems to me the OP probably had an intermediary IFA in order to place such savings products in his Sipp, but given his question, he lacks clarity on the difference between sipps and isas and that they are not interchangeable so might be best he returns to the IFA for advice in this instance. Specifically whether he can still obtain another fixed interest bond similar to one in his sipp  expected to mature in due course. He is clearly comfortable with these products rather than the more sophisticated investments we are familiar with.

    I fear some of the responses maybe confusing for him giving he lacks knowledge of what his sipp is technically allowed to do and that isas are entirely separate and distinct tax free savings product.
