SIPP for cash investments

I would appreciate some guidance please regarding my SIPP, which is with A J Bell and contains two fixed rate bonds, a form of investment I wish to continue in future. Are there any other SIPP providers whose costs would be lower than AJB and are there any particular issues with this type of investment in a SIPP - eg AJB regard them as being "off panel ". Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

That will depend on how much you have in the account? Are the bonds all you hold with AJBell?0

I have no experience with AJ Bell, but I have recently transferred my cash only SIPP from InvestAcc Pensions MINERVA SIPP, to Close Brothers Asset Management and I use a Close Brothers Savings fixed rate deposit account in the SIPP.So you could check out InvestAcc Minerva and Close Brothers.Close Brothers savings is at: https://www.closesavings.co.uk/ to take a look at their latest cash deposit rates.Close Brothers Asset Management is at: https://www.closebrothersam.com/ to check out the SIPP.

Thanks for your responses - I will certainly check out the Close Brothers angle, and previously had a fixed rate bond with them via AJBell with whom I hold two bonds @ £90k each plus some cash in their account, if this helps?0
