Moorside legal, advice please

A letter has been received from Moorside legal to collect for an unpaid parking fine.
Tried to appeal the original fine as was only parked for 1 min 50 seconds (not parked in a bay) the appeal got declined and it's been ignored since. Now it's been passed to Moorside, my questions are, can it carry on being ignored? If they want to proceed with taking it to court do we have a leg to stand on?

It is not a fine.
What does the letter say? Debt collectors are powerless and can safely be ignored, but don't ignore a letter of/before claim or a court claim.
Plan A is always a complaint to the landowner and your MP.
Which PPC issued the charge? They can issue a court claim, either themselves or via a solicitor.
Where did the alleged event occur? It may have cropped up here before.
What was the reason given for issuing the charge?

Please study the newbies sticky thread in announcements near the top of the forum by coupon mad, especially the second post
If your Moorside Legal is a Letter of Claim, do not ignore it, respond by email using the LoC response template
Then get ready for a court claim to arrive
Everybody receiving a court claim has a defence, just study other recent Moorside cases on here, anything within the last 6 months
Ps, you were STOPPED for that period, not parked, nobody actually parks for only 110 seconds4 -

Manor Parade Worthing? Well known scam site, IMHO.
Why not just search the forum for Moorside claim as these ones are badly pleaded cases. Easy to defend.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Yes manor parade Worthing. I did look through a few cases, is the reason for my fine (failure to park in a marked bay) something I can fight against if it comes to it?1

You don't have a fine. This is a no-brainer to defend when you get the Claim.
Read some Moorside cases to understand why the details of what happened don't really matter.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
