If it’s dripping it’s either leaking or an overflow

Is it the condensate pipe? If so, that is what it’s designed to do. Without a photo this is just guesswork.

Without a pic it's hard to know but my filler pipe will sometimes drip if it's not shut properly

Condensate pipe or I had a pressure release tundish that had a constant drip when the pressure vessel needed replacing.

Check that the valve is closed (the slot has to be horizontal) and try to close the cap tighter.
