Info printed on Royal Mail Tracked 48 return label

Not sure if this is the right board or not, but before I return something using one of the above labels I'd like to know what the different numbers on the label mean because I want to reference them in a covering letter.
For example, is the tracking number on there? If so, is it the number under the barcode in the top right upper quarter of the label?
And what is the customer reference number at the bottom of the label? Does it relate to the organisation who provided the label to me and to whom I'm making the return (ie Royal Mail's customer) or does it refer to me as a customer of the organisation I'm returning to?
I've looked on RM website to see if I can find an explanation but can't. If there is one somewhere I'd be grateful for a link.
Thanks

Tracking numbers end with a country code ie GB Great Britain1

How did you acquire the label? If it was through a specific returns process where you input the order number and a reason for return and chose the service there's a chance it may have reference to you, like this one below where the Customer reference was actually the Order number. The turquoise and yellow numbers were the standard tracking information that's on all Tracked postage labels and are generic.
If it's an eBay return … maybe, I'm not sure. My last eBay I've specified order number, it didn't have a customer reference.
If it's postage you bought online through Royal Mail, or any other way where you did not have to supply details about the order, most likely it's not related to you.
The tracking number is the one I've redacted in yellow above, before the barcode.
The information in the QR code, which is translated to the turquoise number, is information about the postage service for Royal Mail's internal systems as far as I can gather from their diagram when you go to book a collection.
I guess the best way to be sure for yours is to compare the customer reference to ask the information you have about your order and see if it matches anything.1 -
@DUBVENDOR and @Spoonie_Turtle
Thank you both.
The no. I thought was the tracking no. ends in "GB" and it's location on the label and format agrees with the graphic above.
(It's complicated - it's not a purchase I'm returning and it doesn't have an order number per se. It's a bit of kit associated with a service provided to me that I don't need)0
