Frankie & Benny’s X Thomas Cook – Win your dream getaway for two – Terms & Conditions.

Eligibility:
· Participants must be 18 years or older.
· Open to residents of the United Kingdom only.
· At least one traveller must be aged 21 or over; Where any travellers are aged 18 or younger must have prior parental or guardian permission.

Entry Period:
· All participants may enter this competition from Monday 3rd – Friday 28th February 2025.

How to Enter:
To enter this prize draw you must complete the entry sign-up form here.

Winner Selection:
· Winner will be drawn and contacted on 3rd March 2025.
· The winner will be selected at random from eligible entries.
· The winner will be contacted via email by a member of Frankie & Benny’s Marketing team.

Claiming the Prize:
· Once contacted, the winner must respond to the within 1 week to claim the prize.
· Failure to respond within the specified time will result in the selection of a new winner.
· To claim your prize, the winner must, within one year from being notified that he/she has won a prize, book directly with a Thomas Cook agent, who will apply the prize amount towards the total holiday cost. Failure to redeem the prize as aforementioned will result in forfeiture of the prize, and no party will have any claim against the Frankie & Benny’s or Thomas Cook, their respective associated companies (directors, officers and employees) and agents, of any nature whatsoever related to such forfeiture. You’re welcome to add extra spend to the prize amount.
Use of the prize may be subject to additional terms and conditions, including as applicable to flights and other forms of transport as well as accommodation. Once the winner has redeemed the prize and made a booking, the booking cannot be amended or cancelled, unless agreed otherwise in Thomas Cook’s sole discretion.

Verification:
· Proof of age and residence may be required to claim the prize.
· Participants found to have provided false information will be disqualified.

General Conditions:
· Frankie & Benny's reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with the terms and conditions.
