Can anyone help me please. I want to refresh my bathroom fittings but cannot remove the old (please see images) There are no screws visible so was thinking they would just be concealed fixings with a standard pull up system if you know what I mean. Anyway they don’t want to come off even though they definitely slide upwards. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thankyou

Have you tried turning anti-clockwise? Try it on the toilet roll (once you remove the roll).1

look underneath the fixing. Is there a small hole to fit a thin screwdriver or allan key?I'm a Forum Ambassador on the housing, mortgages & student money saving boards. unscrew the little screw, be careful to catch it as it’s small. Then the outer layer of the fixing should pull forward, it may have notches to help hold it in place. Behind it should be the wall fixing with very obvious attachments.I'm a Forum Ambassador on the housing, mortgages & student money saving boards.
