Late AOS and got the judgement

Hi there, so after reading newbies thread, i decided to ignore letters and wait for the court claim letter which i got but i opened it after over 18 days because i was out of the country and couldn't get home sooner than that.

Now a CCJ was submitted against me. What i can do from this situation? Pay the money in full?

Yes paying is your only choice if you don't want a ccj

So if i don't pay they gonna send home an enforcer officer and sell the valuable items from home? I don't even live at the same address anymore to where they sent me all the letters.

you could apply for the CCJ to be set aside - but I think it works out more expensive than to pay the amount.

If you've moved within the UK they will probably be able to trace you at some point - the biggest thing with the CCJ is having your credit trashed for 6 years

No there will be no bailiffs if the £sum is under £600.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Is this true under £600 no bailiffs will knock at the door? I don't wanna pay those robbing companies the money. I rather prefer to get aa ccj on my bank account for 6 years.

Also, i don't leave there anymore,  I'm not on the rent contract, i dont pay any bill. How is possible if for example to receive a £10.000 ccj and bailiffs come at the specified address. If i dont leave there anymore , how can they still take stuffs from that home? I really don't understand this.

    Many thanks

You really are not understanding.  I suggest you take time to read the facts. Not false facts...

A CCJ can affect your life well beyond 'paying bills'. Have a read of this:

Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Can someone with more knowledge than me in this to answer my questions? All those facts about ccj are not affecting me at all, in my situation.
