Hi all,
I think I just need someone to break this down for me:
I left the UK in september 1999 to live in Ireland, where I have lived ever since.
I have 9 years of full NI payments and would like to top up my national insurance payments for every year since 2006. I make that 19 years.
I tried emailing the Future pensions team before Xmas - no reply yet.
I tried the phone number - kept getting cut off.
I have a government ID and have by some miracle stumbled upon the CF83 form.
I have submitted my form online this week and they have said they will contact by post.
Does my application to pay for years 2006 onwards count from the time I submitted the forms or from when I make payment - just wondering in terms of the deadline of 6th April 2025.
