Leasehold Advisory Service said not to take any notice of her demand for me to only contact her via a solicitor. They advised I write to her and post it to our address. She may return to pick up her mail, or else the post office will forward it to her new address (if she has set up forwarding). If, as the secretary of the management company, I am requesting she pays what she owes, this must be accompanied by a 'summary' of her rights as a leaseholder and abide by the rules for freeholders sending out service charge demands.1
