Tracker for Motorhome

I bought a motorhome 2 yrs ago which I thought we would have for next 10 years so when told by insurance company to get a tracker fitted I bought lifetime option - others being monthly, 1 year, 2,3,4 or 5 years. After 2 years we have had to change so I contacted Moving Intelligence to be told the tracker cannot be moved (which I knew) and that they will not move the subscription to the new motorhome. The tracker purchase and installation are completely separate to the subscription. I feel like I am being done here - I would be happy to pay a transfer fee, change of circumstance charge but this seems a bit over the top! It cost me £400 for the first, and they are looking £450 for the second for another lifetime subscription. I wasn't informed about this at the time of the initial purchase.
