Nationwide to Halifax payment not received... yet

Anyone else having issues transferring money from c/a to c/a?

Normally instant but an hour later it's not arrived.

    Looks like a problem on the Halifax side. This morning I'm missing a payment into my Halifax account and a standing order out of it. 

    Lots of issues being reported at https://downdetector.co.uk/status/halifax/ this morning too.

    Lloyds and Halifax went down this morning. I believe that Barclays is fully up and running now and has completed all of the backlog of transactions. 

    It could be one of several things, the first could be that they use a similar third party product to Barclays, it could be a cyber attack, it could be a problem that stems from a legacy coding error in multiple banks systems that has a date issue etc.

    The overnight payment into my Halifax account that I was expecting has now turned up. The app notified me at about 8:40am. Hopefully the standing order payment out will be sent soonish.
