Retrieving details for closed bank account

Hi all,
I've been asked for statements for a NatWest account I closed at the end of 2023.
- I can't find the account no. in any of their emails, just sort code and last 4 digits.
- I phoned their customer service, they said that since the account is closed, the only way they can retrieve info is via sort code and account no., which I have to provide
- The account only ever transacted with my Halifax account. I checked statements and contacted them via chat, they don't have visibility of sort code and account no. for the transactions
- I don't have any paper statements or any other documents unfortunately
- I don't have the debit card as I destroyed it after closing the account
Does anyone have any idea of what I can do to find this account no. please? It's making me crazy.

Does anyone know how long they might take? The website was incredibly vague. It's not vague at all, it's very specific that it has to respond within 30 days."Please note: The bank has a tight regulatory deadline of 30 days to meet..."
