Hi - I'd be grateful for your help. I was Executor of my Dad's estate & his savings were in various NS&I products. Unfortunately this issue remains unresolved despite letters and phone calls. Has anyone else had to deal with HMRC on this or will the same amount of tax on interest have to be paid twice both on the estate's behalf & the executor's own personal account (which seems unfair). Grateful for any help.
