YBS accounts unavailable 1st February 2025

According to Google search YBS report they have no current issues. Meanwhile downdetector has 84+ reports that there are ‘issues’.

I can log in on the app but accounts are unavailable. 

Don’t think they use Barclays for their slow withdrawals?

Ditto - app will accept FaceID but fails to load accounts.

Was ok earlier today - moved money etc - all accounts worked. Maybe just started problem?

Seems to have started a little after 9am today, now around 200 reports.

I tried to phone YBS so they know but got bored listening to their music and messages so rang off after about ten minutes.

Is anyone still having issues with YBS website? I have tried several browsers, I get my code attempt to login sometimes I get in only to see a grey screen other times I can't login just get the eternal spinning disc and get timed out. I know the app works but I need to login via website.

I've just gone to the YBS website and there is a message that:

There's a problem with our website

If you login, things might not be working as usual. We’re fixing it as fast as we can. Thanks for your patience.

ETA:  I logged in - took less than 5 seconds from inputting the texted code to being able to see accounts.

Arranging withdrawal of funds seemed possible (I didn't complete the withdrawal to an external account because of the weekend but I got as far as inputting the amount and needing to confirm it).
