Hello Forumites,

Apparently NATWEST Bank employs over 61000 employees, I am hoping one of them uses moneysavingexpert.com. In my opiniion because of how Britain has progressed, this is the main Forum used in Britain so I am hoping there is a good chance one with the knowledge I require will answer first. That is because the information should be the most up to date in knowledge as to how their business/bank currently is. If someone else answers can they please back that up with how they know and a a natwest employee verify answer is correct, Note to repliers * I * have asked for this so a subsequent reply is not about you specifically OR on you I promise, it's just I need accurate current information, it's very, very important information sent gets to destination and isn't lost in transit, that's even with registered delivery postage utilised. It is also kind of specific information I require. Please do not link to what the internet informs as you are basically disenvowing responsibility and I need first hand knowedge. If not a NATWEST Employee perhaps an official in the banking industry or British Government can answer first. Please ignore this post if you do not have the specific information i require in full or part, I do know how to use a telephone, and use a browser. The internet to me appears like water poured over and into a palm for accuracy even stated official when looked up as its live, ongoing, moving and changing and those people often cant keep up with it (and can if a necessity for change it in an instant, be it forward or back). And telephone is pretty bad for he said she said for evidence after (including well after the event) if blockage/disappearance or nonreply needs following up on. Cripes that was a lengthy foreword. 

THE QUESTION

Hello I am looking to contact two people at NATWEST Bank, I may only send to one though. That is the current(2025) Head of NATWEST Bank and also the Head of Customer Services at NATWEST Bank.  Could someone please supply their names and business contact addresses for ENVELOPED contact please? That's it, that's the question.

i have a dicotomy/dilemma in information I have searched for. I, as I understand it, thought Registered Business Address should be what is utilised if nothing else can be found. Yet Natwest Cora pulls up (from memory) a London Address and everything else pulls up an Edinburgh address for a Registered Business Address when I search for a GENERAL NATWEST contact address as I cannot find the specifics for the two positions of people I am after.. Likewise trying to find the name of their CEO has also been a problem. I have found two surnames stated which are very close in sounding and its not a case of misspelling in source, one being far longer but utilising elements of the first's surname. If you would like me to go into my records and try and locate the two (sur)names I can attempt to do that but once I have accrued information, its often difficult refinding it (notebooks aplenty and one I am currently using is never at hand) but this one should be possible.

It's very important I find this information. My life is currenly stalled (sounds pretty major, ey, it actually is) without sending off this letter(/these letters) and in doing so, getting a favorable or at least answering points reply(/replies) back. I cannot see why it wouldnt be as banking regulations which I can quote appear in my favour.

I humbly ask MoneySavingsExpert forum staff for the patience or also for the allowing of me to bump it if i receive no answers.  We are literally talking the progression of a person's life(mine) which has been stalled if I get no answer. Can you maybe state the conditions you will allow it with a reply to save any angst your end my doing so such as i) after it leaves the visibility of the front page or ii) its been sat at the bottom for so long or iii) after its left the first page plus 24 hours minimum. Please may I add "or if no answers for as asked (ie leading to solution [by as asked])".
